Filling Station Manager
About this role
Filling Station Manager role based in Dopemu, Lagos, overseeing the daily operations of the station across PMS, AGO, CNG, conversion services and the lubrication bay. The position targets ensuring efficient operations, revenue growth, strong safety/compliance, and supervision of all station staff.
What you would do
- Manage station operations and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Coordinate PMS, AGO, CNG sales and related services and ensure equipment is functional.
- Monitor sales, cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations; drive revenue across all products and services.
- Oversee stock control, conduct stock counts, and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
- Supervise CNG conversion centre and ensure proper maintenance, safety, and documentation.
- Supervise lubrication bay operations and ensure quality service and proper waste disposal.
