Field Training Associate

About this role

The role is for a Field Training Associate based in Edo (or Delta) and involves providing training and educational support to new and current employees. It supports the HR team in planning, monitoring, evaluating and documenting training activities for the company. The position is with Food Concepts Plc, the parent company of Chicken Republic, a fast growing quick service restaurant brand in West Africa. The role focuses on aligning training with company objectives, developing induction and graduate programmes, and driving training effectiveness and operational excellence in assigned stores.

What you would do

• Align training programs with Food Concepts’ objectives and values.
• Assess training needs for new and existing staff.
• Develop and coordinate induction programmes for new staff.
• Coordinate graduate/OMEGA programmes.
• Ensure trained and certified employees are available in assigned stores.
• Support stores to achieve operational excellence.
• Design and apply tools to measure training effectiveness.
• Track and report training outcomes.
• Provide feedback to participants and management.
• Establish relationships with external training suppliers and manage in-house facilities and equipment.
