Field Training Associate

What you would do

• Design and coordinate induction programmes for new staff
• Coordinate graduate/OMEGA programmes
• Deliver and promote participation in training programs
• Track and report training outcomes and effectiveness
• Assess training needs for staff and provide recommendations
• Develop assessment tools to measure training impact
• Maintain relationships with external training suppliers
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are met in training delivery
• Align training with company objectives and values
• Provide feedback to participants and management
