Field Support Engineer

What you would do
- Resolve technical issues with the field team.
- Prepare system activity and performance reports.
- Supervise maintenance of telecommunications equipment.
- Use software to prepare or evaluate network diagrams and site configurations.
- Monitor and analyse system performance including network traffic, security and capacity.
- Handle escalated incidents and document resolution and root causes.
- Install, test and commission equipment according to engineering spec and quality standards.
- Erect and fix steel structures to support equipment installation.
- Terminate and test telecommunications cables to specifications.
- Work at heights on poles, towers and masts to install antennas and ancillary equipment.
