Field Supervisor

About this role

Smollan in Lagos is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor with general trade experience. The role involves managing store-level merchandising and sales execution for client products in a defined territory, driving sales turnover targets, and supervising field staff to ensure product availability at minimum cost.

What you would do

• Coordinate with store managers to address store KPI challenges and optimise sales processes using best practices.
• Collaborate with distributors and the client's sales team to manage accounts and meet or exceed sales growth targets.
• Implement and maintain sales policies, procedures and standard operating procedures for operational excellence.
• Manage Field Sales Representatives performance and take corrective action when conduct or performance does not meet standards, in line with the Code of Conduct.
• Provide feedback to management.
• Balance own objectives with organisational needs and respond to changing priorities.

• Three years or more experience in the FMCG industry as a senior field representative or supervisor.
• Degree, higher diploma or basic diploma in sales and marketing or a relevant field.
