What you would do
- Monitor energy systems at sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
- Set up new hubs, ensure connectivity, and perform routine maintenance of energy systems
- Travel to hubs or troubleshoot remotely to resolve issues
- Oversee installation and configuration of solar panels, wiring and related equipment
- Collaborate with data teams to diagnose technical challenges
- Document field activities and maintain inventory records for hub equipment and components
- Prepare reports on hub health and technical issues for the Regional Service Engineer
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and HSE standards
- Work independently and within a team to meet uptime targets

- 2–3 years of technical/engineering experience in telecoms/energy or related sectors
