What you would do

• Run diagnostic tests to identify root causes of errors
• Maintain professional communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Travel to client locations for emergency service calls
• Escalate major issues, delays, spare parts needs, and complaints to the Service Manager
• Perform regular checks to prevent equipment breakdowns
• Replace broken parts and calibrate system settings
• Load, bank and analyse voltage requirements
• Prepare reports on service work and track spare parts inventory
• Receive, register, and coordinate customer service requests and breakdown calls
• Coordinate customer service requests, breakdowns and complaints workflows
