What you would do

• Perform installations and ensure safety compliance
• Document activities and report to Operations Manager
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair technical systems
• Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime
• Be the on-site contact for customers and provide service recommendations
• Travel to visit customers within the designated area

• University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience with CTS-related products (overhaul/repair of compressors, air dryers, generators, lighting towers)
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical systems, Elektronikon module and related components
• Competent, self-driven, results-oriented with focus on quality and business profit
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic field service team
