Field Sales Supervisor

AAVA Brands Limited is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor in Lagos. The role focuses on ensuring value chain compliance and achieving secondary distribution targets in the open market, with daily activity targeting semi wholesalers and a minimum daily call expectation. What you would do

• Ensure distribution to all semi wholesalers in the allocated open market area.
• Achieve the secondary distribution target within the open market.
• Maintain an overage norm of a minimum of 7 semi wholesalers per day (6 days a week).
• Make a minimum of 5 productive calls per day with an average sales target of NGN 210,000 per day (NGN 42,000 per outlet).
• Daily reporting on sales and collections to the ASM.
• Weekly reconciliation of stock and debtors with ASM and KD/WS.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing and report findings to ASM.
