What you would do
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts in Abuja

- Supervise, train, and motivate field sales representatives to meet targets
- Assign daily routes and monitor team performance in the field
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular field visits to assess performance and support team members
- Maintain records of sales activities, expenses, and stock movement
