About this role
A Field Sales Officer for solar energy solutions is needed to drive product sales in Lagos and several other southwest states, build customer relationships, and lead a team of sales agents. The role targets individuals with proven sales experience and ability to expand merchant and agent networks within the climate technology sector.
What you would do
- Drive solar energy product sales in the assigned territory and meet monthly targets
- Monitor market activities and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor trends
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Recruit and manage sales agents and support merchant onboarding
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales and other channels
- Follow up leads to convert opportunities into sales

- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience (solar energy, renewable energy, consumer electronics, fintech or related)
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and customer relationship skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
- Experience in agent management, recruitment, and merchant onboarding is desirable
- Knowledge of BNPL sales model is a plus
- Ability to work across multiple locations including Lagos and southwest states
