A Field Sales Officer for mobile phones is expected to drive phone sales in the designated Ekiti region or nearby states, acquire new customers, manage sales agents and merchants, and meet monthly targets. What you would do

• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales and other channels.
• Recruit, manage and onboard sales agents and merchants.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers and convert leads to sales.
• Monitor market activities and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor trends.
• Drive mobile phone sales within the assigned territory and meet monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, fintech or related industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree, HND or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of BNPL sales model is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand customer or merchant networks.
• Experience in agent management, recruitment, or merchant onboarding is desirable.
