Field Sales Officer (Mobile Phones)

What you would do

• Drive sales of mobile phone products in the assigned territory to meet monthly targets
• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales and other channels
• Recruit and manage sales agents and onboard merchants
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Follow up leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Monitor market activities and provide feedback to the sales team

• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent in business, marketing, sales or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, fintech or related industries
• Experience in agent management, agent recruitment or merchant onboarding is desirable
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand networks
• Knowledge of BNPL sales model is an added advantage
