What you would do

• Drive sales of mobile phone products in the assigned territory and meet monthly targets
• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, marketing, referrals and other channels
• Recruit and manage sales agents, and onboard merchants to grow the sales network
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers and convert leads to sales
• Monitor market activity and report on customer needs and competitor trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

• Bachelor's Degree, HND or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, fintech or related industries
• Experience in agent management, recruitment or merchant onboarding is highly desirable
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and expand customer or merchant networks
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of BNPL sales model is an added advantage
