About this role
Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking a Field Sales Lead for Enugu. The role combines team leadership with hands-on field sales support, aiming to drive regional customer acquisition and conversion. You will recruit, manage, coach, and support a team of Field Sales Agents, acting as the operations hub for the regional field sales function and ensuring targets are met. The position reports to the Head of Customer Acquisition and involves cross-functional collaboration with Growth and Marketing teams. What you would do
- Lead and coach a team of Field Sales Agents across assigned states.
- Onboard new Field Sales Agents and ensure rapid ramp-up and target achievement.
- Recruit end-to-end for Field Sales Agents in your region and manage talent pipelines.
- Forecast FSA headcount in partnership with Operations and monitor recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular coaching through meetings, field ride-alongs, and training sessions.
- Support FSAs in the field for complex acquisition opportunities.
- Drive region-wide acquisition targets and monitor individual quotas.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor field activity metrics.
- Deliver weekly leadership reports on activity, acquisition rates, and blockers.
- Coordinate handoffs from FSAs to Implementation and Data Entry teams.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent field sales experience.
- 4–5 years in field sales, B2B sales, or territory management.
- 1–2 years in a team lead, coordinator, or supervisory role.
- Experience coaching junior field sales reps and in recruitment of commission-based sales teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition or sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage regional priorities.
