Field Sales Executive - Beauty and Wellbeing (Oyo)

A contract Field Sales Executive role for beauty and wellbeing products in Ibadan/Oyo, responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships and meeting targets. Suitable for individuals with 1–3 years in sales, preferably in beauty or FMCG.

What you would do

• Sell beauty, skincare and personal-care products to customers through a sales team.
• Provide trainings to build the sales team's capability in selling beauty products.
• Identify and develop new customers, retailers, beauty stores, pharmacies, and category distributors.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to generate orders.
• Explain product features, benefits, usage and pricing.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
