Field Sales Executive
About this role
The M & W Nuts Company is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence across Oyo, Osun and Ogun States. The role involves acquiring and managing customers in distributor, Modern Trade and HoReCa channels to ensure product availability for both domestic and export markets.
What you would do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop markets across Oyo, Osun, and Ogun States through extensive field activity.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, Modern Trade clients, and HoReCa clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular visits to Modern Trade stores and newly onboarded outlets.
- Prepare regular sales, stock, customer, and market reports.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in FMCG.
- Proven Modern Trade sales experience.
- Experience in distributor and HoReCa sales is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Oyo, Osun, and Ogun States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
