Field Sales and Marketing Officer

A full-time Field Sales and Marketing Officer in Lagos to promote and sell contemporary gifts and lifestyle products to retail stores, businesses, and potential customers. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, order securing, and achieving sales targets.

What you would do

• Identify potential retail stores and businesses that may stock the products
• Present product features, pricing and wholesale/retail options to retailers and customers
• Generate and convert leads into customers and retail partners
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow up on enquiries and orders
• Negotiate orders within company guidelines and aim to meet sales targets
• Prepare reports on field activities and sales performance and support marketing initiatives

• SSCE/OND/NCE/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications or related field
• Previous experience in sales, field marketing, business development or retail is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in approaching new businesses and store managers
• Persuasive, customer-focused and able to work independently to meet targets
• Willingness to travel to different stores and locations and be proactive
