About this role

Abelinis Limited seeks a Field Sales Agent to drive Lafarge retail sales and expand market coverage in Rivers, specifically Eleme. The role involves ensuring product availability, converting outlets from competitors, and acting as a brand ambassador to strengthen Lafarge's presence in key markets.

What you would do

• Drive retail sales by generating and fulfilling orders in assigned territories.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new retail outlets to expand Lafarge's market footprint.
• Convert retailers from competing brands to increase Lafarge market share.
• Ensure 100% coverage of all assigned retail outlets through structured route planning.
• Follow up and close leads from field teams (TAEs), prioritising proximity and conversion efficiency.
• Maintain continuous product availability and optimal visibility at retail outlets through merchandising standards.

• OND / HND / BSc in any discipline (FMCG or building materials experience is an advantage).
• 1 - 3 years experience in sales, retail execution, or field operations.
• Strong understanding of local market terrain within assigned locations.
