What you would do

• Track payments and follow up on promises to pay
• Verify information on overdue accounts and initiate daily follow-up calls
• Conduct regular field visits to engage defaulting customers, agents, and merchants
• Negotiate and establish payment plans to reduce delinquency
• Maintain a detailed daily activity log of calls, contacts, and payments fulfilled
• Use telephone, email, and other lawful means to demand payments on overdue accounts
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
• Monitor arrears and rehabilitate accounts within the legal framework
• Communicate effectively to manage customer objections and complaints
• Support process improvements in collections and recovery practices
