What you would do

• Conduct regular field visits to engage with defaulting customers, agents, and merchants.
• Use phone, email and other lawful means to demand payments on overdue accounts.
• Maintain a detailed daily activity log with metrics such as calls, contacts, promises to pay, and fulfilled promises.
• Verify information on overdue arrears and perform daily follow-up on outstanding issues.
• Negotiate and establish payment plans and settlements to prevent further delinquency.
• Track payments by following up on pending promises and ensuring timely resolution.
