Field Operation Agent

About this role

Field Operations Agent role for UTN in Lagos (Lekki area) or Abuja. You represent AccessGate in the field, visiting estates, engaging decision-makers, supporting onboarding, and conducting audits, with commission-based earnings plus a fixed monthly salary.

What you would do

• Identify and visit target estates in your territory.
• Engage gate officers, facilities managers and estate decision-makers.
• Support the sales process from first contact to onboarding.
• Conduct field audits at active AccessGate locations.
• Report field activity and opportunities to the business support and operations teams.
• Represent UTN professionally in the field.

What they are asking for

• Residency on the island (Lekki area) or Abuja.
• Street-smart and socially intelligent; able to read a room and build trust.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nigerian language (Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa).
• Self-starter with initiative to work independently.
• Trustworthy and discreet when interacting with residents and staff.
• Experience in field sales, community engagement, logistics, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
