Field Marketer (Remote)

About this role

A full‑time Field Marketer role (remote with occasional in-person meetings twice weekly) based in Abuja, focused on promoting real estate products, generating leads and supporting sales conversions for Fhemfel Homes across real estate, travel and hospitality offerings.

What you would do

• Identify and generate new real estate leads through networks, referrals, social media, events and other channels
• Promote properties and communicate features, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities to prospects
• Engage with prospects, respond to enquiries and maintain follow-up through the sales process
• Coordinate and participate in property inspections with prospective clients
• Support the sales process with CRM and business development teams to move leads through the pipeline
• Attend networking events and build relationships to create recurring real estate leads
