Field Credit Officer (Ebonyi)
About this role
This role is for a Field Credit Officer in Ebonyi who will onboard and manage customers accessing Moniepoint’s credit products, grow the loan portfolio and ensure loan repayments. It targets individuals with sales experience in credit products within financial institutions and a focus on credit risk assessment.
What you would do
- Identify and onboard viable businesses in the assigned area to open Moniepoint accounts
- Engage customers to maximise account usage for credit qualification
- Review and decide on loan requests based on data analysis
- Conduct on-site visits to potential borrowers to assess books, inventory and turnover
- Meet gross loan portfolio and profitability targets while maintaining a healthy performing portfolio
- Monitor active loans to ensure continued account use and timely repayments

- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience for credit products in a financial institution
- Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis
- Good knowledge of financial analysis (added advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
