What you would do

• Review and approve or decline loan requests based on data analysis.
• Meet gross loan portfolio targets and portfolio profit targets.
• Maintain a healthy and performing loan portfolio with low default rates.
• Onboard viable businesses in the assigned area to open business accounts.
• Engage customers to maximise usage of accounts to qualify for credit.
• Monitor active loan portfolios for continued use and repayment performance.
• Perform all other credit-related tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
• Conduct physical visits to borrowers’ business locations to assess books and turnover.
