Field Auditor
About this role
A Field Auditor role at M-KOPA based in Delta, Nigeria. What you would do
- Conduct field audits at various locations and review operational procedures and documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify discrepancies and inefficiencies, conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies
- Recommend corrective actions and follow up until they are implemented
- Help develop and deliver field audit plans and complete assignments on time
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information
- test whether operations match policy and regulation
- document audit results and maintain clear schedules and task systems
- navigate field contexts and manage multiple audit schedules

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2-3 years of experience in stock management and operations auditing (retail audits, inventory variance analysis, compliance checks)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear communication with stakeholders via email, phone and in person
- Ability to work independently with integrity and comply with anti-bribery and corruption policies
- Comfort working in field environments and under tight deadlines
- Self-directed and proactive work style
- Experience with audits in retail or similar environments is preferred
