What you would do

• Manage the schedule of field Fibre Engineers
• Provide remote technical support for engineers in the field
• Distribute escalated jobs based on priority and urgency
• Handle escalated complaints from other departments
• Ensure engineers submit reports on time
• Monitor the quality of field work by engineers
• Report findings and updates to the Head of Department
