What you would do

- Distribute escalated jobs based on priority and urgency
- Provide remote technical support for field engineers
- Monitor the quality of field work
- Ensure engineers submit reports on time
- Report directly to the Head of Department (HOD)
- Coordinate field operations to maintain high uptime and service quality
- Utilise Cisco equipment and wireless technology in problem solving
- Contribute to maintaining reliability of network services

- BSc or HND in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- 4+ years of technical experience in telecommunications field operations
- Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches configuration
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is required
