Female Quantity Surveyor

Intelligence Properties is looking for a female Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and monitor expenditures on construction projects in Lagos. The role focuses on preparing cost estimates and BOQs, evaluating quotations, and supporting procurement and contract administration. What you would do
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates and tender documents.
- Perform material take-offs, measurements and valuations.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and expenditure.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and payment applications.
- Prepare interim valuations, cost reports and final accounts.
- Conduct site inspections and assess work progress.
- Support procurement, contract administration and cost-saving initiatives.
What they are asking for
- BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or related qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in building construction or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, measurement and cost control.
- Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and reporting skills.
- Professional certification or membership of a recognised QS body is an advantage.
