Female Quality Assurance (QA) Officer
About this role
A part-time Female Quality Assurance Officer is sought to help maintain food quality, hygiene, service, and operational standards in a Lagos-based kitchen and service environment. The role focuses on ensuring staff follow SOPs, identifying quality issues, keeping daily inspection reports, and monitoring kitchen operations, portion control, cleanliness and presentation. What you would do
- Ensure staff follow company SOPs and quality standards
- Identify and report quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain daily quality and inspection reports
- Conduct regular checks on kitchen and service operations
- Monitor portion control, cleanliness, and product consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor food quality, preparation, packaging, and presentation

- Good observation, communication, and reporting skills
- Willingness to work a one-day-on, one-day-off schedule
- Experience in Quality Assurance or quality control within the food service industry
