What you would do

• Promote and market medical equipment, laboratory products, reagents, consumables and other healthcare supplies within UCH.
• Identify prospective customers, generate sales leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses, laboratory scientists, pharmacists, hospital administrators and other healthcare professionals.
• Visit designated departments, laboratories, clinics and approved healthcare units to present products and services.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare quotations, respond to customer inquiries and support order processing and delivery coordination.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, prospects and transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and relay customer feedback to management.
• Submit regular sales reports and participate in business development activities as directed by management.
