Female Business Development Officer / Marketing Executive

CME Engineering Limited, an engineering and facility management firm, is looking for a Female Business Development Officer / Marketing Executive. The role is based in Victoria Island, Lagos and is a full-time position. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, generate leads, secure service contracts, and promote MEP and facility management services to potential clients. The company serves residential, commercial, and industrial clients through mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services and related facility management solutions.

What you would do

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and service profiles to prospective clients
• Secure contracts for MEP installations, maintenance, repairs, and facility management services
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients and long-term partners
• Prepare reports on field visits, leads, client engagements, sales activities, and progress
• Build and maintain a database of prospective and existing clients
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
• Market and promote the company’s services to prospective clients
• Identify and engage with property owners, developers, contractors, facility managers, project managers, consultants, and business owners
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, proposals, and negotiations to close deals
• Conduct regular field visits to potential client sites to identify opportunities
