About this role
Intelligence Properties in Lagos is seeking a Female Architect for full-time, on-site work in Ikeja GRA. The role involves developing building designs, producing architectural drawings, and coordinating project documentation to support real estate projects. The job requires creating plans, elevations and sections, producing 2D and 3D visuals, and ensuring designs comply with building regulations. The candidate will coordinate with structural and services consultants, conduct site inspections, review progress, and maintain project drawings and documentation.
What you would do
- Develop architectural concepts, designs and working drawings
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections and construction details
- Produce 2D drawings and 3D visualisations
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural and building services consultants
- Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with drawings
- Review construction progress and resolve design-related issues
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate project drawings and documentation
What they are asking for
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in building design and construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design or visualisation software
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials and building regulations
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Registration with ARCON or eligibility for registration is an advantage
