What you would do

• Prepare and submit daily reports on arrivals, departures, occupancy, reservations, payments and outstanding issues
• Maintain accurate records of guest payments, balances, invoices and approved transactions
• Address guest complaints, resolve minor issues and escalate serious cases
• Manage the reception area to keep it clean, organised and well equipped
• Handle apartment reservations, confirm bookings and update availability to avoid double bookings
• Greet guests and maintain courteous, professional customer relations
