About this role

A full‑time female accountant is wanted for a luxury retail brand in Abuja. The role focuses on managing financial operations, including inventory costing, accounting records, and preparing financial reports. The employer handles tax filings, compliance, payables, receivables and payroll inputs, with oversight of budgets and cost control.

What you would do

• Manage inventory costing and stock reconciliations
• Maintain accurate books including daily sales reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Handle tax filings and compliance (VAT, PAYE, WHT, CIT) and liaise with FIRS and auditors
• Process payables, receivables and payroll inputs
• Monitor budgets and flag cost-control issues

What they are asking for

• ICAN or ANAN membership (or in progress) is an advantage
• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3+ years' accounting experience, preferably in retail
• High integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage) and Excel
