About this role

Tango Fashions, a Lagos-based start-up fashion brand and consultancy, is seeking a full-time Fashion Brand Operations Associate. The role involves field support duties such as errands, deliveries, fabric and material collection, and coordinating with tailors and production partners in the Ikoyi, Obalende, and Iponri areas. The position requires someone who can work with public transport, communicate clearly, and perform quality checks, deliveries, and task follow-ups. The employer focuses on high-end women’s clothing with main operations in Surulere, Lagos. Ideal candidates are Lagos-based with basic tailoring skills and 1 year of relevant experience, holding OND, HND, or a bachelor’s degree.

What you would do

• Take photographs to record tasks
• Purchase or collect fabrics, trimmings and other materials
• Distribute and collect fabrics to/from tailors and production partners
• Handle other business errands using public transport
• Follow up on orders and tasks
• Deliver messages and convey clear instructions to production partners
• Conduct quality control checks
• Pickup finished garments and arrange delivery
