Elizabeth Maddeux Limited seeks an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations in construction chemicals or related building materials manufacturing, based in Ogun. The role targets candidates with a proven track record in construction-related manufacturing and extensive experience in senior factory or operations management.

What you would do

• Lead and oversee all factory operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and operational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, reduce waste, improve process efficiency, and optimise manufacturing costs.
• Oversee production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, quality, and regulatory standards across plant operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to achieve high performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• 8-10 years' experience in manufacturing within the construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior factory, plant, or operations management role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process manufacturing, industrial automation, quality systems, and maintenance management.
