A full-time Facility Officer is needed to manage a camp facility located along Lagos to Ibadan Expressway. The role targets candidates with a background in civil engineering or project management and experience in facility maintenance, preferably with engineers in building settings.
What you would do
- Plan routine inspections and coordinate repairs for building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Plan office layouts, seating, and facility refurbishments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, building codes, and local regulations.
- Oversee soft services such as cleaning, security, waste disposal, and parking.
- Track operational costs, manage invoices, and plan budgets for facility upgrades.
- Hire, negotiate contracts with and supervise external contractors and service providers.
