Facility Officer

Uncle Stan's Foods is looking for an experienced Facility Officer to keep its Lagos restaurant outlets, equipment, utilities, and overall ambience well maintained, clean, safe and functional. The role involves inspecting outlets for faults, coordinating repairs for kitchen gear, generators, electrical and plumbing systems, and cooling equipment, and ensuring the environment remains presentable and safe. You will work with technicians and contractors, monitor maintenance activities, and keep records of repairs and expenses. What you would do

• Inspect restaurant outlets to identify faults and maintenance needs
• Coordinate repairs and servicing of kitchen equipment, generators, electrical systems, plumbing and air conditioning
• Maintain ambience, lighting, ventilation and general physical environment
• Liaise with technicians and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly
• Monitor maintenance activities and report major issues to management
• Maintain records of repairs, servicing and maintenance expenses
• Ensure facilities are safe, functional and presentable
