What you would do
- Supervise maintenance of the plaza’s infrastructure (elevators, escalators, power, lighting, HVAC, water supply).
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
- Manage vendors and technical contractors to ensure quality service and compliance.
- Coordinate daily plaza operations including cleaning, security, parking, and waste disposal.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
- Monitor utility services and respond to faults or incidents promptly.
- Serve as primary contact for tenants regarding facility-related needs or complaints.
- Support onboarding and exit processes for tenants and organise engagement or feedback sessions.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate fire drills, safety audits and risk assessments; maintain emergency response procedures and incident logs.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management or related discipline.
- 3–5 years in commercial property or facility management, preferably shopping malls or plazas.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Solid understanding of building systems and plaza operations.
- Experience working with retail tenants and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
