Facility Manager
About this role
A full-time Facility Manager is needed to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential facility in Lagos, ensuring safety, comfort and resident satisfaction. The role targets individuals with facilities or property management experience and good communication and organisational skills.
What you would do
- Maintain records and prepare reports in collaboration with the property management team
- Assist in budget development and manage expenses, obtain competitive bids
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors for building systems and repairs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and emergency protocols
- Address resident inquiries, service requests and concerns promptly
- Utilise property management software and Microsoft Office Suite to support operations
