Facility Manager

A full‑time Facility Manager role based in Lagos (Victoria Island and Anthony) for Thyaura Partners Concept Limited. The company provides integrated facility management, cleaning, height services and equipment leasing and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The role involves overseeing daily facility operations, supervising staff, coordinating maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems, and ensuring safety and compliance with standards. The position requires managing budgets and vendor relationships, logging maintenance activity, and reporting on facility performance. Salary is N300,000 to N320,000 per month.
What you would do
- Oversee daily facility operations and ensure spaces are safe and well-maintained.
- Supervise facility staff including technicians, cleaners and security personnel.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Manage budgets, costs, and inventory for maintenance materials and equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns, complaints and maintenance requests promptly.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality service.
- Monitor SLAs and ensure maintenance tasks meet timelines.
- Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, incidents and expenses.
- Prepare periodic reports on operations and resource use.
