Facility Manager

What you would do
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Supervise facility staff, technicians, and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor facility expenses, budgets, and inventory of supplies.
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues and operational faults.
- Conduct routine facility inspections for cleanliness and functionality.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations and equipment servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of essential utilities and facility systems.

- Bachelor's degree or HND in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in facility management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing and general facility operations.

- Ability to manage vendors, contractors and maintenance personnel effectively.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.
