Facility Manager
About this role
Facility Manager role for Banksome Group in Lagos. The role involves overseeing maintenance, safety and daily operations of the company’s housing facilities and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and contractors. What you would do
- Supervise maintenance work and cleaning at the facility.
- Inspect the building structure to identify repairs needed.
- Verify that staff or contractors complete agreed work and follow up on deficiencies.
- Respond to emergencies and urgent issues as they arise.
- Maintain safety and security, monitor access, and preserve the facility’s appearance.
- Assist in planning and supervising maintenance plans, renovations and additions.
