About this role
A New Hotel is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for its engineering and maintenance team in Owerri, Imo. The role targets candidates with relevant engineering qualifications or technical certifications and experience in maintenance, repairs and hotel facilities systems. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators and lifts used in hotel environments is expected, along with strong planning, safety compliance and contractor coordination skills. Supervisory and operations management experience is required for senior roles, and experience in a five‑star hotel or with an international hotel group is preferred.
What you would do
- Maintain and repair hotel facilities systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage maintenance schedules.
