Facility Coordinator
About this role
A full-time Facility Coordinator role based in Port Harcourt for someone with hands-on experience overseeing hotel or hospitality facility operations, staff, vendors and maintenance. What you would do
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance and other facility-related activities.
- Support management to keep the facility clean, safe, functional and professional.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance and adherence to standards.
- Prepare regular reports on facility operations and outstanding issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and address identified issues promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
