Facility Coordinator
About this role
Westfield Consulting seeks a Facility Coordinator for its Delta operations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation, safety and compliance of facilities across petroleum depots, waste management plants and marine service hubs, with oversight of maintenance, environmental standards and logistics. It is suited to someone with a technical degree and at least five years of relevant experience in oil and gas facility supervision, waste management or environmental consultancy.
What you would do
- Oversee daily operations of facilities including petroleum depots, waste management plants and marine service hubs.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, machinery and infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards, environmental regulations and pollution control measures.
- Coordinate handling, treatment and disposal of petroleum, industrial, medical and domestic waste.
- Support environmental audits, impact assessments and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage facility-related logistics, including petroleum product supply chains and haulage operations.

- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Facilities Management or related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in oil and gas facility supervision, waste management or environmental consultancy
- Strong understanding of petroleum operations, pollution control and marine services
- Ability to manage diverse teams and contractors
- Familiarity with Nigerian environmental laws, DPR guidelines and international HSE standards
