Export Customer Service Officer
About this role
Export Customer Service Officer role based in Apapa, Lagos, supporting import/export operations for agricultural and mineral products. It targets candidates who can liaise with internal teams, handle customer inquiries and manage the full order cycle for international shipments.
What you would do
- Follow up inquiries and sample requests
- Coordinate with QA, warehouse, freight forwarder, shipping line and finance for inspection, loading, payment and bill of lading release
- Resolve customer complaints and quality-related issues, coordinating internal teams to propose solutions
- Collect market feedback on commodity prices and quality requirements
- Track the full order cycle from order confirmation to vessel schedule
- Assist documentation team with packing lists, invoices, origin certificates and other export documents
