Experienced Sales and Marketing Manager

A full-time Experienced Sales & Marketing Manager is sought by Vic Winner Consultancy Services to drive foam product sales across multiple states in the southwest and environs. The role focuses on expanding the market, developing retail customers and distributors, and supporting existing distributors with product information, merchandising, market activation and retail conversion. The employer requires a background in manufacturing or marketing and distribution, with strong relationship management and customer service skills. A HND or BSc is needed, MBA is a plus. Remuneration ranges from N400,000 to N500,000 per month plus commission on attainable targets.

What you would do

• Drive sales of foam products in Oyo, Ogun, Lagos, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti, Kwara and surrounding areas
• Develop and expand market, retail customers and distributors
• Support existing distributors and customers with product information and merchandising
• Conduct market activation and retail conversion activities
• Provide reporting, market intelligence and maintain professional standards
• Build and manage relationships with customers and distributors
• Identify opportunities for growth and new distributor partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets
• Monitor performance against targets and provide feedback
• Represent the company professionally in the market
