Experienced Recruitment Officer
About this role
Sunfol Educational Consultancy Limited seeks an Experienced Recruitment Officer in Lagos. The role involves counselling applicants, supporting them through the application and placement process, and assisting with recruitment activities and marketing for Sunfol's educational programmes. You will work with multiple company branches, aim to meet intake targets, and provide timely updates on recruitment activities. The position focuses on promoting Sunfol institutions to prospective students and managing client conversion and registrations, with various administrative duties as needed.
What you would do
- Counsel applicants on suitable courses and study options
- Support applicants during the application and placement process
- Develop and implement monthly recruitment and marketing plans
- Liaise with other Sunfol branches to provide region-wide service
- Achieve targets for each intake
- Provide timely updates on recruitment activities to the company and university (within 48 hours)
- Assist university delegates on recruitment visits
- Market and promote Sunfol institutions to prospective students daily
- Convert prospective clients and maintain client registers (from enquiry to registration within 72 hours)
- Notify telesales team of unregistered enquiries for follow-up and conversion
